As all Furs by Romy items are custom made on order for client, we refuse exchanges for different sizes, shades and designs. Due to the custom orders we also refuse returns on all Furs by Romy orders. You have the choice of having the item(s) produced on your own bust size, or you can choose one of our standard women's sizes which you can find under the product options under each item.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by country. This product is made after your order is placed, which makes it a custom item. Because all items (besides our stock) are personalized, we have a delivery time of +- 14 business days, this includes the whole proces between manufacture and delivery. The delivery time may be delayed due to busy periods.
