As all Furs by Romy items are custom made on order, we unfortunately refuse exchanges for different sizes, colors or designs. Due to our items being custom pieces we also don't accept any returns.

After you've placed your order and chose your size (you can choose sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL or add your personal bust measurements in the notes of your order) we will start producing your customized item.

Please keep in mind, even though you choose any of our "regular" sizes, those items will also be made custom for you in your choice

of color and design. For that reason, also our standard sizes

are seen as a custom made piece.

After you chose all steps, we will start cutting the fur for the right size, painting it in the color of your choice, cutting it another time in the design of your choice and after that we'll start making your item. 

As there are uncountable options with all our designs, sizes and over 50+ colors unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges on orders.

For this reason we also have an estimated production and delivery time of +- 14 business days. Please keep in mind this estimated time can always vary depending on sale, Holidays or other busy periods.
