As all Furs by Romy items are custom made on order for client, we refuse exchanges for different sizes, shades and designs. Due to the custom orders we also refuse returns on all Furs by Romy orders. You have the choice of having the item(s) produced on your own breast size, or you can choose one of our standard women's sizes which you can find under the product options under each item. If you prefer to have your item produced customized on your chest size, please contact us by email before placing an order so we can go through every detail together. Terms on exchanges and returns apply only to items produced as ordered. If a mistake is made in size, it can be exchanged for the correct size. Please also keep in minded that colors can always deviate from photos due to light, filters or other aspects.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by country. This product is made after your order is placed, which makes it a custom item. Because all items (besides our stock) are personalized, we have a delivery time of +- 14 business days, this includes the whole proces between manufacture and delivery. The delivery time may be delayed due to busy periods.
